Camo
Built on the top of a hill, 471 meters high on sea level, Camo dominates the Belbo valley, not far from Santo Stefano Belbo; with its 240 inhabitants, it’s one of the smallest towns in the Langhe. From there you will see the whole view of the hills and vineyards; if the weather is fine, you’ll also see the Alps and the Mount Rosa.
The rural economy of the town is based on moscato wine grapes, with which Asti d.o.c.g. and Moscato d’Asti wines are made.
The patronal fair – San Pietro in Vincoli – takes place on the first Sunday in August.
