The general terms and conditions of sale for our tourism services

The sale of accommodation packages and/or any other bookable activity and/or service, whether they have a specific date of use (hereinafter referred to as LangheTailorMade) or do not have a specific date of use (hereinafter referred to as LangheBox), is carried out by the respective producers, hereinafter referred to as Seller(s).
The Italian version of these General Booking Conditions is the definitive legal version valid for all countries. Translations into any other languages are provided for convenience of reference only.

The sale of LangheTailorMade and LangheBox is subject to Italian law.

LoveLanghe S.R.L. exclusively provides the technological support for managing the sale of the LangheTailorMade and LangheBox catalog items, using typical online shopping functions and managing orders and payments between Buyers and Sellers.

Consequently, each individual Seller is solely responsible to the Buyer for the actual quality of the booked service, the description of which in the catalog faithfully reflects the specifications provided by each Seller, who also guarantees its truthfulness. Under no circumstances can any responsibility in this regard be attributed to LoveLanghe S.R.L.

Prices include VAT and any other taxes (such as tourist tax) if and where applicable.

Any invoice will be issued by the individual Sellers only if requested at the time of the order and/or when defining the dates of use for the LangheBox, provided the Buyer provides the personal details (including the VAT number) of the Company and/or Entity to which the invoice should be issued.

Payment terms and order effective date:
a) Payment terms:
- PayPal
- Credit card
- advance bank transfer
b) Order effective date:
- immediate for payments via PayPal and credit card
- upon receipt of the bank transfer for payments made by advance bank transfer. If the bank transfer is not received within 5 days of the order, it will be canceled without any further notice to the Buyer.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer, or their representative, in the case of a LangheBox purchase, to contact LoveLanghe S.R.L. to define the dates of use for the services based on the Seller’s availability.

Deadline for using LangheBox: within 1 year from the date of purchase. Failure to use it within the 1-year period following the purchase does not entitle the Buyer to any refund of the price paid.

Cancellation terms.
a) LangheTailorMade
In case of cancellation of confirmed services, LoveLanghe S.R.L. will apply the following penalties, calculated on the total price of the booked services:
- 0% up to 30 days before the service start date or until the 30% deposit invoice is issued
- 30% from the issuance of the deposit invoice
- 100% for cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of the service.
If the service confirmation (acquired via written communication by email) and the simultaneous issuance of the invoice occur less than 3 days before the service start date, 30% of the total amount will be retained in case of cancellation.
For group bookings (over 4 people) or in the presence of special or promotional conditions (such as last-minute offers or specific conditions of the accommodation facilities), different cancellation conditions may apply, which will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking or service confirmation.
Acceptance of the quote and/or confirmation of the booking via written communication by email implies acceptance of these cancellation conditions.
b) LangheBox
As provided for in point 9 above, any possibility of a refund is excluded in case of failure to use the service within the expected period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
