Whether you’re from the area or arriving from afar, SensoVia takes you to discover Albaretto della Torre through a journey made of tastings, local products and carefully chosen stops around the village.

The route unites five senses and five places: sight, smell, taste, touch and hearing become tools to read what surrounds you and each location adds a different atmosphere to the experience.

The project, conceived by us at LoveLanghe, enhances the short supply chain and transforms food into a story: each taste becomes an opportunity to get to know the territory where you are, the people who inhabit it and the traditions that make it recognizable.

In concrete terms, SensoVia invites you to pause, taste and experience food at the moment you prefer. What changes is the rhythm of the day and the chosen location: the same tasting can take on a different character when experienced in an intimate, panoramic, historic or outdoor space.

Local products and moments to savor at your own pace

We work with small local producers, nearby realities we know and who share a careful, artisanal approach tied to the short supply chain.

Everything you find on your plate is the result of careful selection and comes from right around here. On the clearest days, from the tower you can recognize the areas where the products you’re tasting come from.

Each menu changes based on the time of day you choose to spend here and the type of experience you want: simple, self-guided options, to enjoy a carefree break in one of the village’s spaces, or more in-depth tastings that tell the story of ingredients, pairings and producers.

1. Il merluzzo in SensoVia

A stop for every sense. Hearing is an invitation to listen to the landscape through sound and silence, also interpreted in the works of Giulia Porello and Caren.

2. A simple aperitivo

Genuine, simple dishes, with strictly Piedmontese wine or beer, await you in your favourite spot.

3. Light lunch

A light offering designed to showcase local products.

Personalized Experiences

For groups, companies and private events

At SensoVia we also welcome groups who want to experience the territory in a shared way, between conviviality and discovery, and we organize team building and private events.

Each experience is custom-built and adapted to the occasion: the rhythm of the day, the activities and the moments of gathering are shaped according to the atmosphere you wish to create.

The territory thus becomes a dynamic space, where you can alternate outdoor activities, moments tied to tradition, gastronomic experiences and encounters with producers.

Have an idea? We'll build it together

Activities can include cooking workshops, team games, multi-stop routes and moments dedicated to local culture, always accompanied by tastings of local products. You can add lunches and dinners with a private chef, or gatherings at the table with producers, to get to know the food and the people who make it possible up close. Upon request we can integrate music, entertainment, cultural activities and logistical services, such as transfers and support with transportation.

An outdoor yoga session promotes balance, focus and team spirit in a natural setting.

The village spaces where SensoVia takes shape

The SensoVia experiences take shape in different spaces throughout Albaretto della Torre, chosen to accompany the moment you want to live: an intimate pause, a panoramic tasting, an intimate tasting or an outdoor activity.

Each place adds something to the story.

Wine Cellar

An intimate space, in Langhe stone, warmed by the wood-burning stove and brought to life by the oven. Here every element contributes to telling the tradition.

Chapel

Once consecrated to the Immaculate Conception, today it is a versatile space that throughout the year also hosts art exhibitions by local artists.

Tower

It is the medieval symbol of the village and is reached by climbing 112 steps: the arrival, here, is part of the experience.

Garden

A space with a simple and welcoming atmosphere. The Mindful Garden is completed with a selection of aromatic herbs, designed to invite you to discover, play and have more direct contact with what surrounds you.

Terrace

An open and panoramic location, overlooking the hills. For its size and versatility, it is also ideal for larger groups.

Il Merluzzo in SensoVia

Il Merluzzo in SensoVia is a 4.13 km loop trail dedicated to Albaretto della Torre and its history. The itinerary draws inspiration from the ancient Salt Road and the local tradition of the Lancio del merluzzo (codfish toss), one of the most curious elements of the village's identity. Along the way you'll find 5 stops linked to the 5 senses, with quizzes and multimedia content that accompany you through panoramic viewpoints, hazelnut groves, woods and places tied to the agricultural life of the village. The route concludes with a stop dedicated to honey and the world of bees.
