Cinque Quindi was born in 2016 out of the passion of five siblings, Fabrizio, Martina, Michele, Francesca and Mario, who decided to carry on the family business established four generations earlier with a fresh and innovative twist.
This is where the name comes from: five brothers, each of whom with his ownideas and skills have made and will make his contribution to grow the company and achieve the common goal.
The winery, located in Cella Monte, among Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages since July 2018, now produces more than 50,000 bottles with 8 different labels headed by Grignolino and is the venue for a variety of events throughout the year.

This commitment is embodied in the production of a selection of exclusive labels, with a special focus on Grignolino and Barbera, varieties that embody the essence and character of this territory.

Each bottle reflects dedication and passion for the land: from the vibrant red of the Barbera, which encapsulates the strength and vibrancy of the Piedmont soil, to the delicate glow of the Grignolino, each sip is a tribute to diversity and excellence
The soil in this area has marine sedimentary origins, as demonstrated by the numerous fossils and shells that are still found today. The soils, although with very different textures, are characterised by an important limestone content that gives Barbera a tonic and deep character, while in Grignolino it enhances the tannic and spicy texture

Explore the winemaking tradition of Monferrato
Visitors venture into the historic Cinque Quinti winery, a place where winemaking tradition blends with modern elegance.
Cella Monte is part of the 9 municipalities that make up the Monferrato degli Infernot, a sub-area recognized by UNESCO in 2014 thanks to the Infernot, small underground rooms dug by hand and used for storing wine.
Here at the winery begins a fascinating tour of the Infernot, a journey into the heart of a unique cultural heritage.
Along the way, guests are invited to discover and taste four wines: a Piemonte DOC Chardonnay Spumante Brut, a Monferrato DOC Bianco from Arneis grapes, a Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese DOC, and a Barbera del Monferrato DOC.
For those who wish to enrich the experience, there is the option of adding a small board of local products, a curated selection of cheeses and cold cuts, at an additional cost of 5,00 € per person.
