During the winery visit, you’ll have the chance to meet the owners directly: Gianni and Paola Doglia, who will lead you on a journey that goes well beyond the senses.

The family’s goal is to simply pass on the values that matter, linked to the countryside and sustainability, which are an integral part of their work.

In the hamlet of Annunziata in Castagnole delle Lanze, where the winery is located, you’ll discover the Monferrato area and its characteristics (here, the presence of the sea that receded millions of years ago gave the soil unique features), the secrets of the cellar, and conclude the experience with a tasting of 5 wines by Gianni Doglia.

You’ll taste the Grignolino, then move on to two Barbera d’Asti wines—the steel-aged Bosco Donne and the wood-aged Genio—finishing on a sweet note with the Moscato d’Asti Giostrina and Casa di Bianca.

Everything is paired with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses.

    The winery produces about 110,000 bottles per year, including around 60,000 of Moscato d’Asti DOCG.
    Highlights include the Moscato d’Asti Canelli Casa di Bianca, produced with grapes from a small plot, two types of Barbera d'Asti, Nizza, and Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato.

The Gianni Doglia company is a family-run business located in Castagnole delle Lanze, a town that, thanks to its cultural, landscape and food and wine peculiarities, entered the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy in 2023.

The choice to remain a small company has allowed attention to be dedicated to the entire production chain, which materializes in the production of typical wines of Monferrato, a unique territory with which the Doglia family has a special bond.
