Farmhouse in

Cascina Dani was born from the renovation of a Piedmontese farmhouse just outside Agliano Terme.

Owned by the Faccio family for over 200 years, the farm is located in Unesco territory. The type of stay is suitable for couples and families.

Upon your arrival you will be greeted by Zahra. Andrea Faccio, Zahra’s husband, is the owner of the nearby Villa Giada Winery.

The interiors illuminated by large windows, the rooms, the swimming pool and the restaurant allow guests to enjoy a 360 ° experience between Langhe and Monferrato.

There is a charging point for electric cars.

The agriturism

In rustic Piedmontese style and equipped with all comforts, the 5 rooms of about 40 square meters overlook the pool and the vineyards. They are equipped with free Wi-Fi. There is no television.

The old barn has been converted into a tasting and meeting room. On the ground floor, in the relaxation parlor and reading area there is a piano.

The outdoor swimming pool and the solarium near the vineyards and the flower garden are for the exclusive use of guests. The guests can also enjoy the waiting service around the pool and are provided with towels.

The breakfast

You can choose between a rich Italian and international breakfast or a simple snack of fresh fruit, yogurt and juice.

The proposals include sweet and savory varieties with over 40 types of tea and hot drinks with daily variations.

The restaurant

The chef Andrea Marangoni offers a classic Piedmontese cuisine with variations in the menu depending on the seasonality of the products.

During the colder seasons it is therefore possible to book the great classics such as truffles, bagna cauda, fritto misto and finanziera.

Fruits and vegetables are grown in the private garden. The beautiful season also comes with outdoor service.

Cooking classes

The Chef offers cooking classes on reservation for up to 10 people. A complete experience that begins with a visit to the local market for the purchase of raw materials.

A fun and educational opportunity to discover flavors, textures and combinations of local wines.

Average cost € 150.00. Duration approximately 3 hours.

The cellar

Villa Giada comes from over two centuries of commitment in the management of the vineyards. Andrea Faccio represents the 5th generation of winemakers.

Barbera d’Asti, Moscato, Nizza Docg are representative wines of the company. In Calosso, in the vineyards of the Cascina del Parroco the native grape Gamba di Pernice is grown, a rare red-berry vine that is unknown to most.

The winery, located only 4 km from Cascina Dani, welcomes the enotourist for the visit and free tasting.

The rooms

The five bright rooms furnished in rustic style, in line with the conservative restructuring of the structure, offer a spectacular view of the surrounding vineyards and the swimming pool.

All rooms are suitable for three people, except for one, larger, which can comfortably accommodate four.

Next to the antique furniture owned by the family, there are numerous comforts: air conditioning, kettle with instant coffee, tea, herbal teas, biscuits, still and sparkling water, hair dryer, pool towel.

Free Wifi. There is no TV.

The swimming pool is available to guests.
