Residence in Alba Apartments

Located in the capital of the Langhe, Residence in Alba is the ideal place for your holidays, short stays and business trips.

We’re located in the historic center of Alba, in Via San Paolo 3, just a few steps from Via Maestra (also called Via Vittorio Emanuele), the most exclusive of the city, adorned with ancient and medieval buildings in Liberty style, where you’ll find numerous bars, restaurants and shops.

At just a stone’s throw from the Residence, every year during the months of October and November, the famous Alba International White Truffles Fair is held. The fair hosts the international market and offers folklore shows, cultural events and entertainment such as the historic Palio degli Asini (Donkey Race), pageants and reenactments.

The Apartments

The residence offers 12 modern studio flats equipped with three beds, kitchenette, private bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the street or the quiet inner courtyard.

All the premises come with free wifi connection, so you can have direct access to the net via your personal devices.

All apartments are soundproofed, so as to guarantee the utmost resting comfort.

In the morning, wake up to the warm aroma of coffee. All apartments come with a fabulous Illy® coffee machine inclusive of coffee pods, ideal for enjoying a real Italian espresso.

We’ve chosen to use environmentally friendly recycled toilet paper and provide you with soap dispensers both in the shower and washbasins.
