The cuisine offers an “a la carte” menu and uses seasonal ingredients when preparing their typical Piedmontese dishes, revisited and customized by chef Manolo Allochis.
In spring and summer, the offer is enriched with new recipes that bring freshly caught products from our seas, directly to the dining table.
And in winter, dishes made with White Truffles from Alba are an absolute must; supplied strictly by local Trifulau (Truffle hunters), who guarantee quality and origin.
The winery, made amongst the old farmstead walls, creates a perfect environment to preserve the area’s fine wines; wines such as Barolo, the King of the Langhe, Barbaresco and Roero.
The wine list boasts a wide selection of renowned Italian labels, with particular attention to the Piedmont viticulture.
Il Vigneto offers its guests six double rooms, renovated with style and elegance that preserve the farmstead’s originality and warmth.
