Amalia Cascina in Langa is located just a few kilometres from some of the most evocative UNESCO sites throughout the Langhe: Serralunga d’Alba, with its French donjon-style castle, Monforte d’Alba, included in the list of the most beautiful villages in Italy, and Alba, capital of the White Truffle.
It is an area of great historical-naturalistic importance, where peasants’ work has generated beauty, perfectly interacting between man and territory.
In this setting, made up of hills as far as the eye can see, ancient villages and castles, with colours that reach their maximum splendour in autumn during the foliage, this charming bed & breakfast welcomes its guests offering an experience of tranquillity in contact with nature.
The story begins when the estate was acquired in the early 1900s
The typically Piedmontese building complex is the heart of the company and houses the six rooms, the modern Winery equipped with the most state-of-the-art tools for winemaking, and the tasting room.
Everything is managed directly by the family: Mrs. Mariangela Brosio manages the B&B side of things, her husband Gigi Boffa contributes to the general management of the business and her son Paolo takes care of the production aspects in the Winery and the agronomic work in the vineyard.

Finely furnished and equipped with all comforts, the rooms of Amalia Cascina in Langa offer relaxation and comfort
The Rooms
Your stay at the bed & breakfast will be characterised by silence and relaxation
The renovation of the historic farmhouse was carried out by the Boffa family with a care that expresses a great passion for hospitality and the pursuit of beauty.
The family furnishings in Piedmontese style, also from the early 1900s, embellish the rooms and take into account local traditions without necessarily sacrificing modernity and relaxation.
There are also important works of art from the private collection.
Well-known names such as Bay, Scanavino, Savelli, Lodola and Schifano are joined by Piedmontese artists such as Brazzani, Allasia, Nespolo and Gilda Brosio.

Linen sheets were chosen to ensure a comfortable rest in a welcoming atmosphere and all the rooms are equipped with modern amenities:

The Wines
The work is aimed at achieving a high quality product thanks to the acquisition of selected vineyard areas
Other vineyards, of the most prestigious crus, have been added to the existing vineyards: Barolo Bussia and Monforte Le Coste, starting points from which to obtain important wines of high and consistent quality, respecting both the territory and tradition.
The wines produced can be tasted in the large and bright tasting room. These include Piedmontese classics, among which the white wine Langhe DOC Rossese Bianco, a vine amply widespread in the past in the Piedmont and Liguria regions which had almost disappeared, and three types of Barolo DOCG.
Two DOC wines complete the range: Dolcetto d’Alba and Barbera d’Alba.
