In a special pavilion, Confartigianato Cuneo will present to the important audience of the Fair the Creators of Excellence initiative, a project carried out by the Association with the aim of enhancing thecraftsmanship of the work of transforming raw materials into quality food, declined in this year’s edition on the food sector.
This square, a large area of about 300 square meters, will allow visitors to immerse themselves in the typical atmosphere of a real market, with colors, scents and suggestions.
A true historical market
Thanks to the stands made like stalls, visitors will have the pleasant feeling of walking through a historic market of a city, where quality, surprise, tradition and continuous variety go together.
A special area will be set up in this location with a kitchen and tables that will become the continuous theater for food-related experiential and sensory demonstrations through show-cooking events, demonstrations, and informative work-shops.
High-quality products
Thus, 12 artisan enterprises from a wide variety of sectors in the food industry will animate this square, presenting their high-quality products.
They will also highlight that peculiarity that distinguishes artisanal productions and has always been synonymous with that Made in Italy envied throughout the world.
Partners of the event will be Acqua San Bernardo and the Go Wine Association.
Creators of Excellence
Quality food products, then, but not only. Among the various initiatives of Creators of Excellence, a journey of crafts and flavors throughout the Granda region is taking place through twelve dinners (one per month), cooked by as many chefs from Cuneo.
And it is precisely these chefs, standard bearers of Cuneo cuisine, who will be featured inside the pavilion with show-cooking and tastings.

The pavilion will feature engaging show-cooking events as part of which artisan chefs Creators of Excellence, demonstrating their skills, will combine tradition and innovation, enhancing local products and showcasing the craftsmanship of raw material processing.
In addition, Confartigianato Cuneo will organize interesting information workshops aimed at the business community.
