Known historically as “Marisa’s Bar,” the tavern has been a mainstay of the community since the 1980s, where the tradition of Piedmontese cuisine has been handed down and where the fates of locals and travelers in search of authentic flavors have crossed.
Since 2022, a new history has opened with the management of Alessandro Pavesio who has breathed new life into it, keeping alive the link with tradition and enriching it with a modern and innovative vision.
Vb – Vinbar offers genuine and refined dishes, an expression of the richness and quality of local products with traditional recipes blended with the chef’s original touch, resulting in unique and delicious creations.
A restaurant with old-world charm and a rich and curated wine list
The two-story venue has two rooms with the rustic and simple charm typical of historic establishments, where guests can immerse themselves in an authentic atmosphere.
Guests are greeted by the bar and café area, the ideal starting point for an aperitif or to end the evening with a good coffee and digestif.
On nice weather days, you can take advantage of the outdoor space where there is a small, informal but cozy dehor.
The extensive wine list offers a careful selection of labels from local producers: whether reds or whites in this area, they range from good to excellent wines.

Alessandro has a wonderful project called SupercheFFo: a site that collects many of his recipes and is meant to be a way to explore the fascinating world of cooking through detailed and engaging preparation videos.
SupercheFFo’s style is characterized by a combination of Ease and Imagination, as suggested by the playful double F in his nickname “cheFFo” (that stand for “facilità” and “fantasia” in Italian): thanks to this virtuoso pairing, every recipe is a playful and educational experience.
Among the aims of the project is to communicate the rules of healthy eating in an engaging and convivial way.
