Costigliole d’Asti, a pretty village between Langhe and Monferrato, revolves around its majestic castle with an almost millenary history.

Just 3 km from the center, Cascina La Melagrana lends itself perfectly as a base for your wanderings, with 3 splendid apartments equipped with every possible comfort, as well as a seasonal swimming pool surrounded by nature.

The farmhouse, renovated and inaugurated in September 2019, is finely furnished with a minimal taste, which combines the rusticity of the structure with modern and elegant elements.

Three independent apartments, to feel at home even when traveling

Light, wood, cleanliness and large spaces: the rooms of Cascina La Melagrana reveal the good taste of the owners and welcome you with their warm and reassuring mood.

The air-conditioned units are fitted with parquet floors, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a desk, a living room, an equipped kitchen, patio and pool views.

All units have a seating and dining area.

“Il Pozzo” – 280 € per night

Built on 3 levels, this apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, and is composed as follows:

ground floor: entrance, living room, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor
1st floor: double bedroom with bathroom
2nd floor: double bedroom with bathroom, twin bedroom and bathroom

“La Madia” – 230 € per night

Slightly smaller, this unit can accommodate up to 4 people. Inside:

1st floor: entrance with living room and kitchen
2nd floor: double bedroom, bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom

“Il Fienile” – 150 € per night

The smallest of the three, the Barn can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. The spaces are:

Spacious, with attention to detail and full of relaxation corners in which to sit and admire the lush nature, it will be the space from which you will never want to leave.

The swimming pool overlooking the Monferrato hills is complete with sun loungers and umbrellas, and there is no shortage of outdoor tables for those wishing to have breakfast, lunch or dinner surrounded by greenery.

In the center of the garden, the ancient ivy-covered well takes us back in time, and shows us a glimpse of a past life.
