Diego Rossi, born in Verona in 1985, is the chef and founder of Trippa, the contemporary trattoria in Milan that has helped rewrite the language of Italian cuisine starting from the most authentic tradition.

After important experiences in some of the country’s most prestigious restaurants, including St. Hubertus by Norbert Niederkofler and Ristorante Delle Antiche Contrade, where he earned a Michelin star, in 2015 he opened Trippa together with Pietro Caroli.

His cuisine centers on the ingredient, seasonality, and the recovery of Italian gastronomic culture, with particular attention to quinto quarto and traditional popular preparations.

Thanks to a personal, direct, and contemporary style, Diego Rossi is today considered one of the most influential protagonists of the new Italian trattoria.

The guided tour of the teatro sociale

The Teatro Sociale is one of the most beautiful and history-rich cultural buildings in the city of Alba.

It is known and unique throughout Europe for its “double” structure, consisting of a historic nineteenth-century “horseshoe” hall, a modern hall with stalls and gallery, and a stage positioned right in the middle.
