The evening will open at 6:30 PM with a guided tour of the Teatro Sociale, a journey that will allow guests to discover the history and charm of one of the city’s landmark venues, gradually entering the atmosphere of the event.

At 7:00 PM the event will begin, an appointment dedicated to discovering Alta Langa DOCG, the Piedmontese Metodo Classico sparkling wine.

The star of the evening will be a selection of Alta Langa DOCG exclusively in Magnum format.

On the stage of the Teatro the cuvées will be presented by AIS sommeliers, who will accompany guests on an authentic sensory journey, completed by live musical entertainment.

A journey that invites you to discover different interpretations of the denomination, celebrating the richness and identity of one of the highest expressions of Italian metodo classico.

Accompanying the tasting, an excellent gastronomic proposal by chef Paolo Griffa, one Michelin star at Ristorante Paolo Griffa al Caffè Nazionale in Aosta.

During the evening a selection of signature finger food will be served at the tables, a warm course enhanced by the unmissable White Truffle of Alba and to conclude a refined sweet proposal.

The guided tour of the teatro sociale

The Teatro Sociale is one of the most beautiful and history-rich cultural buildings in the city of Alba.

It is known and unique throughout Europe for its “double” structure, consisting of a historic nineteenth-century “horseshoe” hall, a modern hall with stalls and gallery, and a stage positioned right in the middle.
