For lovers, the event of the month is undoubtedly Valentine’s Day.

The Langhe, with its wonderful villages, beautiful viewpoints and historic wineries, is the right setting to spend a weekend or romantic day with the one you love, offering a range of opportunities for all tastes.

Discovering Alba: a treasure hunt for the whole family

Looking for an engaging activity for the whole family? From Feb. 14 to 17, 2025, Alba invites you to participate in the Clue Hunt, a playful-educational trail that winds through the streets of the historic center.

Equipped with a special kit, young and old can discover 14 stages, including riddles and picturesque sights, learning together about the history and art of the city. The route, about 1.5 km long, is flat and suitable for everyone.

Walk through the scenic trail of the “Ciabots”

If you like walking and being in touch with nature, Terre Alte offers a beautiful walk among, silent woods and ancient ciabot-a perfect way to experience the Roero in winter.

On Feb. 15, you can expect a hike through the hills of Montà d’Alba, along a trail that passes through spectacular Rocche and centuries-old chestnut groves, providing unique views of the area.

On Saturday, Feb. 15, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., you can experience Alba Sotterranea: a tour led by a professional archaeologist through an itinerary that includes a selection of underground stops among the 32 on the city’s archaeological trail, with a final visit to the F. Eusebio Civic Museum.
