Messer Tulipano
Until May 1
Every year in the beautiful park of Pralormo Castle, the great event heralds spring with the extraordinary blooming of more than 100,000 tulips and daffodils.
The event takes place throughout the park, which was designed in the 19th century by court architect Xavier Kurten, creator of the most important English-style parks of the Savoy residences.
In the large lawns, flowerbeds were created with soft and sinuous shapes, designed with special care not to alter the historical and perspective layout; the flowerbeds therefore “meander” among the ancient trees.
Outdoor picnic
Picnicking is a must in spring, and in these parts snacking on the meadows is a real tradition.
Large plaid, basket full of good things to eat, beers, a good bottle of wine, a ball, a deck of cards, a bluetooth speaker to listen to music, a guitar if you play. What else? Did you get everything?
