Peccati di gola: Lady Chef

The unmissable appointment for food and wine enthusiasts has arrived.

For the 2026 edition of Sins of Gluttony, Mondovì and its territory present themselves through a brand-new formula: not a simple visit to the event, but a true journey through taste, culture and landscape thanks to a dedicated three-day tourist package.

Visit to the event

On Saturday, October 31, Peccati di Gola becomes the absolute protagonist.

After breakfast, guests will be able to explore the event through a recommended route among the producers’ stalls, entering the new Festival of Taste Temptations.

The Sanctuary

The day also offers the possibility of reaching the Sanctuary of Vicoforte independently for the Magnificat experience, with the suggestive climb to the elliptical dome to admire the frescoes and the view from up close.

Event dinner

The evening will culminate with one of the most anticipated event dinners: “Sin is Woman”, signed by the Lady Chefs for their 30th anniversary, with the presentation of the recipe book hosted by the national coordinator Alessandra Baruzzi.

The fair

Peccati di Gola XXVIII Regional Truffle Fair is the event that promotes the culture and food and wine excellence of the Mondovì area.

Last year it exceeded 30,000 visitors, registering attendance from all over Piedmont, Liguria, Lombardy and France.

Thanks to the new format that has designed, in the Piazza and Breo districts of Mondovì, a true path of taste with exhibition areas dedicated to catering, exhibitions, tastings and entertainment for adults and children.

The core values of the event have remained unchanged over the years: tradition, authenticity and the typicality of products and are principles shared with the Monregal region, which has always been linked to the land and its fruits.

The theme

The theme chosen for 2026, “Taste as culture, territory as identity”, will serve as the guiding thread.

At the heart of the story will be all the local specialities — from truffles to Piedmontese beef, from cheeses to Piedmont Hazelnut, through to honey, wines, bread, sweets and artisan delicacies — with particular attention to the De.Co., key instruments for celebrating gastronomic heritage.
