Sagra della Cugnà

In the historical center of Serralunga d’Alba, the traditional Sagra della Cugnà is celebrated, a day entirely dedicated to Piedmontese gastronomic excellence and the wines of local producers.

The village comes alive from the morning with proposals for all tastes, including guided tastings, thematic walks, live music, and traditional dishes.

Market of typical products and tastings

From 10:00 am

The streets of the center fill with the market of typical products, where it is possible to discover local specialties and participate in the tasting of the famous cugnà.

Throughout the day, the event is enriched by a painting exhibition and musical entertainment by the group La Cricca dij Mes-Cià.

Discovering the cugnà

11:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

To deepen the knowledge of this traditional preparation, two accompanied walks are organized.

The meeting point is set at the Info Point in Piazza Umberto I°. To participate in the activity, telephone reservation is required.

Gastronomic stands and street food

From 12:00 noon

From the various hamlets and neighboring villages come the gastronomic stands created in collaboration with the Proloco and local associations.

A journey of taste that allows you to taste numerous Piedmontese specialties accompanied by local wines.
