The structure has been carefully renovated, respecting local tradition, maintaining intact the authentic features, such as the characteristic exposed Langa stone, which enhances its traditional rustic charm.
Cascina San Pietro can be rented entirely by private parties and is perfect for accommodating both large groups, such as families and friends, and couples seeking tranquility and intimacy.

The well-maintained garden is perfect for relaxing moments and allows you to start the day with breakfast outdoors on the panoramic terrace and end it admiring the starry sky.
During the day you can explore the Langhe with walks among vineyards, medieval villages and nature trails, then relax upon return in the pool and hot tub.
In the evening, the inner courtyard transforms into a perfect place for convivial dinners, thanks to the barbecue that allows you to cook typical products purchased at local markets.
The living area, with flat-screen TV, completes the accommodation experience.

The 200 m² farmhouse for exclusive use can accommodate groups of up to 8 people.
There are three double bedrooms (two of which have an additional bed), a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a panoramic terrace and a balcony.
It’s an optimal solution for couples, families who want space and comfort, groups of friends and families: privacy and discretion are guaranteed here.

Rental of a rustic and panoramic space for private events
The old barn is located in front of the farmhouse and shares the large garden with it. It’s a versatile space available to guests and equipped with foosball and ping-pong.
Exclusive Barn Rental
By prior arrangement with Mauro Aimasso, owner of Cascina San Pietro, it’s possible to rent exclusively the barn, with terms and rates to be defined. On such occasions, the farmhouse will not be accessible to other guests.
Capable of accommodating up to 50 people, the barn is the ideal setting for weddings, baptisms, tastings of wines and local products or corporate events such as team building activities.
The space is not equipped with a kitchen or internal staff, therefore it’s necessary to use an external catering service.
