Cocco...Wine: the salotto

The traditional appointment of Cocco… Wine returns to Cocconato d’Asti at the beginning of September traditional appointment of Cocco… Wine , one of the most delightful and popular food and wine events in Piedmont!

Cocconato will thus be transformed into a wine route, where you can alternate tastings of wines with typical products of the territory, filling the historic center of the village and hosting the wineries of Cocconato and Monferrato.

Tasting

6:30 PM guided tasting for an in-depth look at Barbera d’Asti of Cocconato.

The salotto

From 8:00 PM The “Salotto di Cocco…Wine”: at the table with the flavors and wines of Cocconato at the Cannon d’Oro Restaurant.

The salotto represents the traditional preview of the event, a moment dedicated to the table with the flavors and wines of the wineries of the Consorzio Cocconato Riviera del Monferrato.

The Salotto will be hosted this year by the Cannon d’Oro Restaurant.

Here each winery will present a favorite wine in a special wine shop.

The wines can be paired with dishes designed for the occasion by the restaurateurs of Cocconato.

The wines presented at the “Salotto” will create an exclusive tasting.
