Aperitif and lavender-themed dishes

On the occasion of the photography exhibition The Color of Scent – lavender by Enzo Massa, Ristoro La Torre proposes a special gastronomic journey dedicated to lavender. The historic trattoria of Albaretto della Torre will welcome visitors with a themed aperitif and exclusive dishes designed for the event, uniting the authentic flavors of the Langhe with the aromatic notes of the flower.

The initiative is presented by SensoVia by LoveLanghe in collaboration with Erboristeria Sartoris and stems from the synergy between art, territory, and culinary tradition, to offer a complete sensory experience.
