Dinner in the Vineyard Awaiting Ferragosto

This summer dinner allows you to experience something truly unique in an enchanting atmosphere: among our Piedmontese vineyards and olive groves, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Tables under the stars, surrounded by neat rows of vines and olive trees, will welcome you, creating an intimate and authentic atmosphere.

You can enjoy a dinner featuring dishes inspired by local tradition, accompanied by our wines and olive oil.

Program

The program includes:

• From 7:30 PM, meet at the winery for a cellar tour.
• From 8:30 PM, dinner in the vineyard.

Aperitif

Welcome appetizer: zucchini roll with robiola cream, beef cappellacci with ricotta and ham, mini zucchini carpione and meat birille served with a glass of Spumante Brut Rosato “BrichetRosè”

Appetizers

Monferrina salad with cockerel, celery, olives, and grana cheese
Piedmontese fassona beef tartare, breadstick crumble, and lime
Baked stuffed pepper with potatoes, tuna, and scamorza cheese

First course

Three-roast “plin” agnolotti with roasting juices
