National Truffle Fair and San Martin Fair

Sunday, November 8, Canelli awaits you with the appointment of the National Truffle Fair and the San Martin Fair.

The first dedicated to the food and wine excellences of the territory, the second characterized by over 100 stalls.

Readings for the little ones

Culture and Stories: readings for the little ones and presentation of the book “The Piedmont of truffles in 1776 and 250 years later“.

There will also be various activities such as “Guess the weight of the truffle“, at 4:00 PM “Autumn-scented readings” for children and food and wine proposals by the Pro Loco City of Canelli.

The PALA TARTUFO will host the exhibition and sale of truffles and the white truffle competition exhibition.

Walk

Nature walk with tourist guide.

The nature walk, among the vineyards, with a tourist guide and simulated truffle hunting activity will let you discover the world of the trifualu and their secrets.

The experience is free and will take place in 2 shifts: 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Sensory analysis

The sensory analysis activity with the judge from the National Truffle Study Center offers olfactory tastings, sensory tests, practical trials and much more.

The experience is free and will take place at the Gancia Wineries – Corso Libertà n.66.

Two shifts are scheduled: 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM, with a maximum of 20 participants.
