to Sunday

at 16:30

Roero tells its story through its varied landscape of crops, woods, and rocche. The Roero Food District brings together 26 municipalities, ten associations, businesses, and cultural entities to enhance this heritage.

The workshop offers a tasting dedicated to the products of the Sinistra Tanaro: from Madernassa pears and peaches to strawberries, from goat cheeses to black pig cured meats, all the way to Bra sausage and Bra DOP.

The journey also includes the golden humpback tench, Roero Arneis DOCG and Roero DOCG wines, hazelnuts, honey, preserves, juices, and spirits. Flavors and stories allow you to get to know the communities and gastronomic traditions of the area.
