Guinea fowl plin, asparagus, black truffle*
(*on availability)

Main courses

Lamb shoulder* (cooked at low temperature) with chamomile and hay, potato pie with thyme and leek
(*alternatively, for those who do not like lamb, veal cheek in Nebbiolo wine with its sauce and a side of vegetables)

Desserts

Chocolate cake, white chocolate Bavarian cream with mango and passion fruit sauce

Nasciamo dalla rinascita di una cascina conventuale del fine 600, con la cappella adiacente intitolata a Santa Teresa d’Avila. Qui sorgono i nostri vitigni e le nostre castagne e oggi vogliamo far rinascere questa contrada antica, come le nostre tradizioni, ma con un cuore moderno e innovativo.
