Truffle search in Treiso

Educational research into the natural habitat of truffles with tabui in the municipality of Treiso.

An explanation of the world of truffles, dog training, truffle-bearing plants, and live truffle hunting with our dogs.

The experience

The tours begin with the meeting at the woods where the search will take place, previously indicated, and include a preliminary explanation of the characteristics of

• development, formation and growth of truffles of the existing truffle-producing plants
• anecdotes about the truffle
• anecdotes about the figure of the trifolao
• explanation regarding the training of truffle dogs

For all tours, participants are required to wear comfortable, sporty, warm and rainproof clothing, in particular: rain boots or mountain boots, windbreaker, hat, and gloves are strongly recommended, especially in autumn.

This clothing will not be provided by us.
