Dozens of guests on stage in a true agora: Chef Ambassadors Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Enrico Crippa, Carlo Cracco, Michelangelo Mammoliti, and Massimo Camia are already highly anticipated.

Among the guests will also be Fulvio Marino, a third-generation Piedmontese miller and baker, accompanied by nutritionist Evelina Flachi, also a regular presence on È sempre mezzogiorno.

Thanks to the collaboration with the Distretto del Cibo del Roero, Professor Giorgio Calabrese, a medical nutritionist, prominent television personality, and professor of Human Dietology and Diet Therapy, will also be present. In the charming period reconstruction of a nineteenth-century Piedmontese café, in all its elegance and refinement, you can purchase Bramezzini—the sandwiches with Bra sausage created to celebrate the centenary of the tramezzino, which originated in Turin in 1926—the unmissable Brajoux, choux pastry jewels from Antico Caffè Converso filled with Bra sausage, and the finest Piedmontese coffee and pastry selection.

The stars of the 2026 edition will be Resident Chefs Pasquale Laera, from the restaurant Borgo Sant’Anna in Monforte d’Alba, and Gabriele Boffa, from Locanda Sant’Uffizio in Cioccaro di Penango.

Masters of a cuisine that celebrates territory, creativity, and raw ingredients, they will offer two starred dishes each featuring the flavors of Bra for the festival’s lunches and dinners, for a total of thousands of starred meals at the popular price of €15 each.

A carriage ride from the city center to the city’s symbolic site, the Zizzola, with the purchase of a delicious picnic basket containing the Bramezzino and other Bra’s specialties for a unique and unforgettable experience.

One of Piedmont’s most iconic gastronomic treasures takes center stage, alongside the other three aces of Bra’s culinary quartet (Bra DOP Cheese—both soft and aged, Bra Rice, and Bra Bread), in an eclectic and multifaceted event that celebrates a tradition unique in the world, through a grand popular and cultural showcase of flavor and conviviality.

The most esteemed and well-known starred Italian chefs and prestigious executive chefs from national Michelin-starred restaurants have been protagonists of BRA’S as Resident Chefs and BRA’S Ambassadors.
