• Mia, called the “pizza margherita” of beers because of its simplicity and versatility.
• Glitch slap, a beer with a strong character, representing the balance between innovation and tradition
• Ipaconda, a crisp and aromatic IPA, perfect for lovers of intense flavors.

Each sip is accompanied by details about its creation, from Central European hops to German malts to special ingredients such as Italian citrus peels.

Behind the scenes of craft beer

One of the most fascinating parts of the Beer Experience is discovering the philosophy that guides the brewery.

The focus here is on “drinkability”: beers should be accessible, easy to drink, but without losing complexity and personality.

Loris Mattia enthusiastically shares his vision, while also recounting the challenges of modern brewing. Prominent among these is the search for high-quality non-alcoholic beers, a fast-growing sector.

And then there are the curious stories like that of the Candy Trip, a variation on the Trip Loop enhanced with violet Lion candy, which literally perfumed the entire brewery.
