In the Langhe, this is the time to take advantage of outdoor evenings: in courtyards, among the vineyard rows, in villages where just an improvised stage is enough to start a magical evening.

The program is simple, but that’s the beauty of it: in the afternoon, people play pantalera, the most beloved traditional sport, and in the evening the ovens are lit and the pizzas from the Amis da Festa start coming out.

FREquenze is the pop-glamour event that takes place on the terrace of Réva Resort in Monforte, with views over the vineyards: soft music, warm lights, bubbles in the air, and a curated menu designed to surprise.
It starts at 6:30 PM with appetizers, pizza alla pala, and a final dessert, all created by the team of Piccolo Bistrot at Ristorante FRE, a Michelin-starred restaurant led by Francesco Marchese.
Under the starry sky, La Morra turns off the lights and ignites an experience entirely dedicated to the Perseids, the famous shooting stars of San Lorenzo.
At 9:15 PM, geologist and science communicator Enrico Collo will guide the evening: with simple yet expert language, he will talk about constellations, myths, and curiosities of the summer sky.
Two telescopes will be available to observe the moon and stars up close, while people lie on blankets in the square for a truly exciting collective observation.
Ferragosto here is also the ideal time to discover the authentic soul of the Langhe, taking advantage of Wineries Open Their Doors, an opportunity to discover wine, stories, and rural aromas up close.
The wineries offer guided tastings accompanied by cured meats, cheeses, bread, and typical products. Each winery has its own peculiarities and offers different environments: rustic and cool cellars, courtyards overlooking the vineyard or just a stone’s throw from silent woods.
