Hazelnut cake

Take a tablespoon of yeast, add three eggs, 100 gm of butter, 200 gm flour, 150 gm of toasted and finely chopped hazelnuts (gentile from the Langhe), 200 gm of sugar, a tablespoon of olive oil and a cup of milk.
Beat all the ingredients and when it’s well blended pour the mix into a baking dish and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
