You will be warmly welcomed by the Rabino family and be able to visit a winery with a centuries-old history and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a real "farmhouse" of yesteryear.

La Cantina

For generations no the history of the Rabino family has been intertwined with wine and work in the vineyard.

The winery is family-run and all work is managed in the first person; the guest on arrival will always find a member of the family to welcome him.

The activities and tasks to be discovered during the visit are numerous and diversified: winemaking, breeding, floriculture.

Luigi, Daniela, Paolo, Silvia, Adelaide: each carries out their own task, but always with mutual help in every area of production.

How to participate

Classic tasting → 15.00 € / person

Tasting of 4 glasses of wine of your choice served together with a board of cold cuts and cheeses from small local producers, hazelnuts and home-made jams.

Gourmet tasting (min. 4 people) → 20.00 € / person

A sampling of 4 glasses of wine paired with sushi made with Piedmontese Fassona beef (locally raised beef processed by Turin-based Butcher Testa, in business since 1916).

For each person, 12 uramaki are served, the base of which will be knife-beating in four different variations:

Gorgonzola, speck and walnuts
Arnad lard, Roccaverano and hazelnuts
mortadella and pistachio mousse
saffron rice and wasabi mayonnaise

In order to better organize the tasting and reception of guests, the following reservation times are available: 11:00 am - 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

Rabino Luigi is a mixed-use farm in the mold of that of the past: during the visit, in addition to tasting the production wines, you can discover the breeding of Piedmontese cattle and the cultivation of fruit trees: the Langhe round and gentile hazelnut and ancient varieties of apricots.
