Every year Carmagnola hosts the National Pepper Fair.

It is one of the largest and most qualified Italian events in the food and wine sector and the largest dedicated to an agricultural product, each year offering gastronomic, cultural, artistic, and sporting events and creative and engaging experiences for all senses and all age groups.

Tasting by exhibiting companies – Pasticceria di Claudio.

During the show cooking, the process of candying the pepper and coating it with chocolate will be illustrated. A tasting will follow.

The candied pepper cake will then be offered, an exceptional sweet and savory combination that will surprise the palates of the participants.

Meeting and awards ceremony by the College of agrotechnicians and graduate agrotechnicians of Turin-Aosta

6:00 p.m.

Award ceremony for the female student who placed first in the national competitions for agricultural vocational institutes.

Speech regarding the establishment of the Register of Agrotechnicians and Graduate Agrotechnicians 40 years after its institution with law 251 of June 6, 1986.

Pepper Experience: The game of the senses

A sensory Masterclass to discover the identity of the Carmagnola Pepper.

Guided by Annalisa Fontana, food and wine critic, expert in sensory analysis and international judge, participants will live an immersive experience that leads to the discovery of the most authentic identity of the Carmagnola Pepper, transforming the tasting into a journey of knowledge, awareness, and emotion.

The masterclass will accompany the public in the exploration of the different types of pepper, their organoleptic and nutritional characteristics, and the peculiarities that determine their quality, balance, and aromaticity, offering an innovative interpretation of one of the most representative excellences of the territory.

Oscar-winning music – Tribute to Morricone

The Ensemble Le Muse brings to the stage a refined and engaging concert, capable of restoring all the evocative power of the music that accompanied films that have entered the collective imagination.

From the epic atmospheres of the Western to the melodic intensity of great cinematic masterpieces, the show leads the audience on a musical journey of great suggestion.

Through live performances, orchestral arrangements, and narrative moments, the concert celebrates Morricone’s art not as a simple repertoire, but as a shared emotional and cultural heritage, capable of speaking to different generations.
