Dozens of guests on stage in a true agora: Chef Ambassadors Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Enrico Crippa, Carlo Cracco, Michelangelo Mammoliti, and Massimo Camia are already highly anticipated.

The stars of the 2026 edition will be Resident Chefs Pasquale Laera, from the restaurant Borgo Sant’Anna in Monforte d’Alba, and Gabriele Boffa, from Locanda Sant’Uffizio in Cioccaro di Penango.

Masters of a cuisine that celebrates territory, creativity, and raw ingredients, they will offer two starred dishes each featuring the flavors of Bra for the festival’s lunches and dinners, for a total of thousands of starred meals at the popular price of €15 each.
