Discovering organic wines with the Torelli winery

wine tasting + cold cuts and cheeses

A company with an interesting history located in Alta Langa, where you can taste excellent organic wines and discover the link with Vermouth and the figure of Adolphe Torelli.

Since January 1993, the Torelli farm has held an important record: the T000001 certification for its 1992 Moscato d’Asti, the first organic wine made from organically grown grapes in Italy.

The tasting

The tasting, preceded by a winery tour, includes six selected wines and a Vermouth. Each glass tells the story of the territory, the passion, and the commitment to organic farming.

To best enhance the wines being tasted, two platters are served, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates:

  • Cold cut platter A careful selection of local cured meats, produced according to traditional methods, offering an authentic taste experience.
  • Roccaverano DOP platter The famous goat cheese, a local excellence known for its creaminess and unmistakable flavor.

Different tasting routes can be arranged upon request.

Not just wine, but also culture and tradition

Thanks to the collaboration with the famous cartoonist from Savona, Roby Giannotti, guests can enjoy the permanent exhibition Vignette in Vigna (Cartoons in the Vineyard), a one-of-a-kind display featuring 40 satirical cartoons dedicated to vines and wine that will make you smile and reflect on the world of oenology with lightness and irony.

Overnight stay

Upon request, you can book the farmhouse apartment, created within the winery’s premises, for a minimum of 3 nights.

By immersing yourself in a family atmosphere, you can discover the rhythms of vineyard work and authentic flavors, receiving seasonal products from the vegetable garden every day.
