The experience begins with a guided tour of Cantine Salvano: you’ll discover the secrets of winemaking, the philosophy of this historic wine estate and the heart of their wines, the result of generations of work among the vineyards of Diano d’Alba.
At the end of the tour, you’ll head upstairs to Fosco Bistrot, the restaurant created inside the winery and dedicated to the estate’s most representative wine.
