Just a few minutes from Canelli, among the hills recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, the villa is set in a context of extraordinary beauty, surrounded by vineyards and small villages that still maintain an authentic daily rhythm.
Outside, the garden becomes an extension of the house: the pool, the sun deck, the porch, and the shaded areas create a sequence of spaces that invite you to enjoy your time, to share, or simply to take precious space for yourself.
All this with a concrete focus on sustainability, thanks to the use of renewable energy and the presence of an electric car charging station, for a stay that looks to the future without losing its connection to the surroundings.
Here, the landscape flows into the spaces, reflects in the rooms and accompanies every moment of the day.
The barbecue and outdoor dining area invite simple, convivial moments, with the grill lit and the hills unfolding in the view.
The pool and solarium blend into the garden, following the natural openness of the hills and offering a simple, well-kept space where you can truly slow down.

The rooms at Villa Maddalena follow the same logic as the house: large spaces, natural light, and a precise choice of materials.
Wooden floors, essential furnishings, and warm tones create environments that don’t strive for effect, but simply work. Here, you walk in and immediately feel at ease, with a sense of order and tranquility that accompanies your stay.
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms: three doubles with king-size beds and one with two single beds.
On the second floor, an even larger room offers a flexible solution, with two single beds, a double sofa bed, a bathroom, and a dedicated living area.
