Barbaresco: the grappa

This is a spirit made by distillation of the “pomaces” of the wine (which are the pressed grape-skins collected after the wine-fermentation). The Distilleria del Barbaresco, its owned by all the Barbaresco wineries and produces theBarbaresco-grappa for them all.
