The wine-tasting: sight

Wine-testing, its images and imagination, starts, continues and ends through the eyes. The art of drinking is also the art of seeing. But, what it is that is so beautiful to see in wine? A fragment of colored liquid, a piece of color, of a certain color among so many others. Not much, if you are not used to a certain way of looking.

Don’t think that wine itself will call you, ask to be seen by you; it waits… Wine is first approached through its color, but I want to say that it has not a simple color; it has a look, a true seductive side…
