The tray must contain two little Murazzano, a fresh and a seasoned one, a slice of Bra tenero and one of Bra duro, a slice of Raschera and a slice of Castelmagno.
The other three main cheeses from Cuneo are Grana Padano, Gorgonzola and Toma del Piemonte. On our tray these cheeses are optional, not because they are not good, but befcause they are not strictly from Cuneo, being produced also in other zones
Instead of them, you can put two tomini di Melle. I suggest that you eat first the Tomino di Melle or the fresh Murazzano fresco,and the Bra duro and the Castelmagno last.
