In collaboration with the EDIT Brewery, the first of three evenings dedicated to typical Piedmontese products most commonly consumed during evenings with friends will be held on Thursday, March 28, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., at the Novelab headquarters in Novello.
The star of the opening night will be beer, in collaboration with Turin-based EDIT Brewery.
The goal will be to discover the production processes and traditions behind this product, with dedicated food pairings.
EDIT
Independent brewery EDIT was founded in Turin in 2017 and is characterized by the production of high-quality craft beers with a focus on the origin of raw materials and respect for the environment along the production chains.
