Wine festival

Organized by the Clavesana Winery, the “Wine Festival” is back: a series of celebratory events to share the new vintages of the area’s productions.

On Friday, March 22, apricena at the winery premises where appetizers prepared by Mondovi’s Hotelier Institute students will accompany many of the winery’s new vintages of wines for a lighthearted evening.
At the end of the evening pasta party for all in participants to end on a high note.

On Saturday, March 23 in the setting of the Former Surie Elementary School, the first edition of the FRIENDSHIP DINNER will be offered: a time of sharing for those who want to try an unusual menu between Piedmontese and Ligurian cuisine.

Accompanying will be a selection of our best wines.

Sunday, March 24 9:30 a.m. will kick off the highlight day with the raising of the flag by the Alpini, in the presence of the authorities and the Clavesana Chorale, which will sing the national anthem; this will also be an opportunity to Opening a temporary photo exhibition on the premises of the winery, in collaboration with the Mondovi Photo group of photographers entitled. DIVINE TALES, stories people and characters behind a glass of wine.

From 10:30 a.m. there will be tastings prepared by the students of the Hotelier Institute of Mondovi who will offer us some of their specialties to accompany the “non-stop” tastings from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

At 3 p.m., the musical group “The Three Lilu” will perform at the winery premises with their new show for a fun and light-hearted time.
