In the historic center of Alba, in an intriguing and evocative alley a few steps from the Duomo, you may come across a place of surprising insights and unconventional creations.
It’s hard to give a definition to something as extravagant as MAnoRossa, a space born from the passion and skill of Marco, the first master brewer in town, who represents a meeting point between his yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Here, each product tells a story, from the beers that reflect Marco’s love for quality and experimentation, to the surprising “adult” ice creams, the result of daring research, through the “Povera Patria”, a gin with a strong character and unique notes.
A pub open during the day? An ice cream parlor? A gin and tonic bar? MAnoRossa is all this, but it is above all a journey through flavors, scents and sensations that you won’t find anywhere else.
Products
Ice cream for adults and beyond
Made with selected ingredients, these ice creams “for adults” (but not only), so called because they have distinctive, bold, some alcoholic flavors, reflect a production philosophy that focuses on quality and attention to detail.
Each recipe is unique and prepared with ErbaLatte milk from symbiotic agriculture, without the use of industrial bases or chemical ingredients. This ensures a delicate balance in taste, maintained through careful storage in carapins.
Ingredients such as natural fibers, locust bean gum, tara, and guar are used in the laboratory, which help create a balanced and light product.
MAnoRossa’s philosophy is clear: less sugar and less fat, to offer ice cream that maintains the authenticity of flavor, without excess.
Even the cones are special: artisanal and hand-rolled, an extra touch for those who seek quality in every detail.

Discover the unusual
Private tasting among ice creams, beers and gin
MAnoRossa offers an exclusive tasting experience designed for small groups who wish to explore unusual and sophisticated flavors.
This unique tasting includes three specialty ice creams: an alcoholic one for a bold twist, a spice-infused one for those who love aromatic notes, and a milk ice cream, creamy and enveloping.
Each ice cream tells a story of research and passion, perfect for curious palates.
But the experience does not end there: also included are two craft beers that enhance the contrast and harmony of flavors, and the Povera Patria Tonic, a cocktail made with the gin that gives it its name.
What to expect
Perfect for the curious and flavor explorers, for those seeking an experience linked to out-of-the-ordinary excellence, with flavors that stick and a beautiful, true story of experiments, sensations, insights, dreams and brave leaps.
