- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 80 gr tuna in oil
- 4 anchovy fillets in oil
- green olives to decorate
Peel the hard-boiled eggs, cut in half lengthwise and separate the whites from the yolks.
Take them, put them in a bowl with the drained tuna, chopped anchovy fillets and chopped capers.
Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix together in order to have a soft and homogenous mixture: if it is not too soft, you can add more mayonnaise.
Taste the mixture and season with salt.
Fill the cavity of whites of eggs with the mixture and decorated each egg with an olive on top of the filling.
If you advancing the compound, it should be noted that it is very good on roasted peppers or with small tomatoes.
