Food Truck, Wine & Sport is back!
With the beautiful season, the days dedicated to outdoor sports together with Luca Manzan, Eugenia Zamelli and the excellent cuisine of the Food Truck the Vetusto Monferrato are back.
The appointment is in our courtyard, a Pilates class overlooking the hills awaits you.

Pilates

Wednesday, May 1: Eugenia Zamelli, Pilates instructor and personal trainer, will lead a class of about 1 hour directly at our venue.
At the end of the activities on the terrace will be our friends from Il Vetusto Monferrato who will know how to replenish your energy with many delicacies in a Monferrato key.
All of course washed down with a glass of our labels!

Phyllo dough baskets with zucchini flowers and bagna cauda
Mixed tapas ins.
Russian, tomini or green tongue, grandma’s giardiniera,
Orzotto with wild hops and raschera fondue
Mandrogno burger with cow salami caramelized onions roasted peppers
Rustic potatoes
Ricotta tart with Garbagna cherries

To be nibbled on throughout the day and into the evening you can also order Vetusto’s delicious tapas with a Monferrato twist!
