Cooking class with RosaRegina

We present the first Cooking Class organizedin collaboration with RosaRegina.

Valeria & Simona are two sisters who are passionate about healthy cooking.

Cooking has been going on in their family for as long as they can remember, as far back as their chef grandfather who ran a home catering business.

This passion has been passed down from generation to generation; the very name RosaRegina (the union of the names of the two great-grandmothers) recalls family unity and tradition.

The event will be held at our winery on Saturday, May 25, starting at 10 a.m.

It will begin with a tour of the winery, followed by an aperitif prepared for you by Simona & Valeria and a glass of wine.

Following this, you will cook your own 4-course typical Piedmontese menu prepared following the seasonality of products and tradition.

The experience ends with lunch cooked by you, accompanied by two wines from our cellar.

You will be given a Demarie-branded apron, used during the class, along with a cookbook of the dishes prepared, so you can replicate the recipes at home.
