Barbaresco-Barolo 50k Trail

Registration has opened for the long-awaited return of the Barbaresco-Barolo 50k Trail, scheduled for Sunday, June 2, 2024.

The race, which has been held in the past, returns, given the uniqueness and beauty of the course, in high demand by enthusiasts who love to run long distances, in outdoor settings and not without altitude difficulties.

A running challenge to the Langhe, the most natural ones, made of paths, sometimes rough and wild, groves, panoramic ridges, hills, ups and downs and of course cru and vineyards, Unesco World Heritage territories.

The route measures fifty kilometers and involves as many as fourteen municipalities; it starts in Barbaresco and arrives in Barolo (location of logistics and shuttle bus) passing through the municipalities of Neive, Treiso, Trezzo Tinella, Castino, Borgomale, Benevello, Lequio Berria, Albaretto Torre, Rodello, Sinio, Serralunga d’Alba, and Castiglione Falletto.

The event is sponsored and supported by the Piedmont Region, and all the municipalities involved, so that the volunteers of the organizing association Triangolo Sport will be able to prepare the route down to the smallest detail, just as the athletes ‘ reception and the excellence contained in the race packs will be taken care of.
