Holidays

On one of the picturesque streets in the historic center leading to the belvedere square of La Morra, among shops, wine bars, and restaurants, you’ll find UVE Rooms, a charming accommodation perfect for an excellent stay.

Born from the renovation of the 18th-century convent of San Sebastiano, the residence now welcomes guests in a timeless atmosphere, where every detail leaves an indelible memory: stylized grape clusters, antique doilies transformed into bas-reliefs, and a vintage bicycle in the aperitif area celebrate the strong connection with the UNESCO World Heritage territory.

Here, historical architectural elements such as columns, arches, and exposed vaults are preserved, blending harmoniously with modern and refined spaces.

The designer furnishings, soft lighting effects, and artworks by Cristina Pas contribute to creating an elegant and almost dreamlike atmosphere. Her creations, made with recycled materials like paper and wood, evoke the world of wine and the gestures of the grape harvest, an integral part of the Langhe’s history.

The Concierge Service

From booking to choosing experiences, the UVE staff is always available to make your stay unforgettable.

Whether it’s suggestions on places to visit, recommendations for the best restaurants, booking event tickets or taxis, renting bicycles (regular, electric) and scooters, or managing any accommodation-related needs, the team ensures a unique and exclusive experience.

Thanks to collaborations with local partners, guests can directly organize guided tours, simulated truffle hunts, winery tastings, excursions, sports activities, and transfers on-site.

Upon reservation, wellness treatments performed by professionals directly in the room or suite are also available.

The Kitchen

Innovative cuisine and maximum freedom of choice thanks to à la carte offerings

The restaurant is an essential stop for those who love Langhe food and wine.

The kitchen philosophy is based on respect and love for the land, combined with the warm welcome for those who come from afar to discover it.

An aperitif or dinner to be enjoyed in relaxation

The kitchen at UVE Rooms is open all day and offers casual dishes inspired by Piedmontese tradition, perfect for a quick lunch, a relaxing break, an aperitif with friends, or an intimate dinner.

The wine list includes whites, reds, and sparkling wines selected from the best producers in La Morra, the Langhe, and other renowned wine regions.

The offering is completed with a rich selection of cocktails, teas, and herbal teas.

Dedicated menus are also available for those following specific diets, with options designed for celiacs, vegetarians, and vegans.

Giuseppe Straziota, the Chef

The dishes play with shapes, innovate with dedication and research: this experimentation creates new combinations capable of surprising guests while remaining faithful to traditions.

Classic roots and contemporary research, Piedmontese cuisine blends with new interpretations.

The menu includes the great classics of Piedmontese cuisine: tajarin, handmade plin agnolotti, vitello tonnato, Fassona beef tartare, poached egg with fondue, and Barolo-braised beef.

To enrich the experience, there are selected cheeses and cured meats, along with desserts and sorbets that tell the story of the region’s tradition.

And when the season allows, the true protagonist becomes the truffle, with its prized varieties that offer unforgettable aromas and flavors.

Barolo Suite (30 M²)

Overlooking the rooftops of La Morra and the church of San Sebastiano, it preserves its original columns, harmoniously integrated with the work of artist Cristina Pas, Deconstructed Frames.

It’s a unique and refined environment designed as an homage to the nobility of Barolo wine, reflected in the carefully chosen furnishings, the sleeping area, and the living area with comfortable armchairs and a coffee corner.

Barbaresco Suite (35 M²)

Located on the first floor, it offers a splendid view of La Morra’s rooftops. It’s divided into two distinct spacious areas: the living area, bright and overlooking the courtyard, and the sleeping area, situated on a mezzanine with exposed beams and a large window framing the village.

On the lower floor, the space is versatile: the sofa can be transformed into two single beds, making the suite ideal for small groups as well. There’s also an area with a sofa and table, perfect for smart working or moments of relaxation.

Nebbiolo Deluxe Room (23 M²)

On the first floor, the Nebbiolo room offers a view of the main street of the village, with the church of San Sebastiano standing out as a central element of the panorama.

Barolo Deluxe Room (24 M²)

On the second floor, it welcomes guests with an elegance that invites relaxation. The beds, configurable as a double or two singles, adapt to every need, while the relaxation area is illuminated by natural light entering through large windows overlooking the village.

The interiors reveal traditional details: the bunch of grapes, made with antique doilies, tells stories and gestures linked to the wine culture of the Langhe.

Dolcetto Superior Room (20 M²)

On the first floor, it opens onto a private terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. The large window highlights the original colonnade of the building, creating a bridge between the refined interiors and the history of the place.

Creative and sustainable details enrich the environment: old encyclopedias become bedside tables, transforming common objects into surprising and environmentally friendly design elements.

Arneis Superior Room (15 M²)

Almost hidden in a corner of the courtyard, this room seems to play hide and seek with those looking for it.

A small nest with careful design, designed to ensure accessibility even for guests with disabilities. An intimate environment that demonstrates how reduced space never limits comfort.

Alta Langa Superior Room (18 M²)

A walkway over the courtyard leads to the room, where a large window highlights the ancient trusses, creating plays of shadows and reflections that change throughout the day.

A large furnished terrace offers a private corner to enjoy moments outdoors.

Langhe Superior Room (13 M²)

On the second floor, at the highest point of the building, the room opens onto a private terrace with a view of the rooftops and bell towers of La Morra.

Inside, minimal furnishings meet artistic installations, creating a refined and harmonious atmosphere.

A stone's throw away, in the Cantina Comunale, you can taste and buy the wines of La Morra. Higher up, in Piazza Castello, you can enjoy one of the most spectacular views of the entire Langhe.
