Tasting menu at Ristorante Osteria Lalibera

We are located in the historic center of Alba, just steps from the so-called Via Maestra, in a venue that combines the refinement of a restaurant with the convivial spirit of traditional osterias.

The Dining Room

Soft lighting and a glass window offering a glimpse of the chefs at work in the kitchen are the distinctive features of the venue. On the walls, paintings by Alba artist Pinot Gallizio and still-life photographs by Luigi Ferrando enhance the space.

From the ceiling, a piece of modern design: the “Artichoke” lamp by Louis Poulsen. At Lalibera, nothing is left to chance.

The Cuisine

Flavia Boffa, the owner, and her staff offer signature dishes of traditional Piedmontese cuisine with a touch of innovation.

It all starts with the selection of raw materials, meats, cheeses, fish, chosen directly by Flavia from trusted suppliers, farmers and local producers.

The Lalibera experience is discovering the daily variations, born from the desire to reinvent and transform ingredients into dishes that meet the tastes of guests.
