Fabriano All Around

For the first time, Albaretto della Torre hosts the Drawing Festival – All Around 2026, the festival promoted by Fabriano that brings drawing and creativity activities and workshops throughout Italy.

On Saturday, September 19, the village becomes a space to experiment with paper, marks, and colors, with three offerings for children, teens, and adults.

Program

3:30–6:00 PM | Let’s Doodle

A drop-in activity open to all ages, led by Laura Bongioanni. Experience the freedom of doodling on large sheets and contribute to a collective work, letting your imagination guide you to discover shapes and stories.

4:00–6:00 PM | Lightness in a Stroke – Calligraphy and Origami Workshop

With Cinzia Cogno, discover English Cursive, an elegant and meditative calligraphic style. You’ll learn the basic strokes and lowercase alphabet, practicing with nib and ink on different papers. The workshop concludes with creating an origami butterfly, to be decorated with a handwritten word or initial.

4:30–6:00 PM | Quilling – Quilling Pictures, Paper Becomes Art

With Marta Valsania, discover quilling, the technique that transforms thin strips of paper into original, colorful decorations. You’ll learn the basics of rolling and composition and create a personalized picture to take home.
