Pepper Fair: K-POP Warriors

Every year Carmagnola hosts the National Pepper Fair.

It is one of the largest and most qualified Italian events in the food and wine sector and the largest dedicated to an agricultural product, each year offering gastronomic, cultural, artistic, and sporting events and creative and engaging experiences for all senses and all age groups.

Piazza Sant’Agostino will host “Cuore di Peperone” (Heart of Pepper), an installation work that celebrates the undisputed protagonist of the region. Through an impactful visual language, the installation aims to honor the work, passion, and vitality surrounding this gastronomic excellence, becoming the focal point of this edition.

The great international hits and timeless melodies of Andrea Bocelli resonate under the stars thanks to Wally & Friends.

A unique show featuring multiple voices, with solo tracks, duets, and changes of musical instruments.

The Carmagnolotto: a “filling” of history

5:00 p.m.

Antica Trattoria Monviso of Carmagnola presents the “Carmagnolotto,” a signature reimagining of the classic Piedmontese agnolotto: through an engaging show-cooking session, we will discover how excellent ingredients blend in a perfect union of local livestock and farming.

A guided experience through taste and tradition, accompanied by an excellent selection of Piedmontese wines.

Texas meets Carmagnola – Locanda del Lago 2.0

6:00 p.m.

An engaging show cooking dedicated to the culture of American BBQ, designed to lead the audience on a discovery of the authentic techniques and flavors of American barbecue.

Through live demonstrations, meat processing, and video contributions of long smoker cooks, the technical and historical secrets that differentiate it from our classic grill will be shared.

An experience that combines Texan tradition and Piedmontese excellence in a dynamic and engaging culinary show.

Closing the event is the long-awaited tasting session.

K-POP Warriors – The Musical
